Apple enthusiasts worldwide eagerly await the
arrival of the iPhone 15 series later this year, which is set to introduce four
impressive models: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Max, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro
Max/Ultra. However, recent reports are now suggesting that the iPhone 15 Pro
models might come with a heftier price tag. In an exclusive interview with
CNBC, renowned Wall Street analyst Dan Ives revealed that Apple is considering
raising the prices of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max by up to $200 (roughly
₹16,490).
For perspective, it's worth mentioning that
Apple did not increase the prices of its iPhone 14 Pro variants in the United
States last year. However, this time around, the forthcoming iPhone models are
anticipated to be pricier not only in the US but also in international markets
that witnessed significant price hikes with the iPhone 14 Pro models.
To illustrate, the iPhone 14 Pro base model
was launched in India last year at ₹1,29,900, while its US price stood at $999
(approximately ₹82,380). Assuming the speculated $200 price increase for the
iPhone 15 series holds true, the US launch price could soar to around $1,199,
amounting to roughly ₹99,000 in India.
Nevertheless, it's important to note that
Apple has not officially disclosed the pricing details for the upcoming iPhone
15 series in India or any other country. Therefore, the information available

Considering Apple's pricing strategy in recent
